Text Displays are assembled using LED blocks with a 5 x 7 dot matrix that are set apart with preset spacing between each block, horizontally and vertically, providing exceptional reading clarity. Similar in format to a spreadsheet, these displays present a single alphanumeric character per block in rows and columns. Use as directories, schedule boards, and for posting spreadsheet data.
Text and Graphic Displays are multifunctional displays with evenly distributed LEDs on the entire surface of the display. Depending on the electronic LED display selected, you can view non-video information including text, graphics and animation, foreign character sets and special attention-getting text effects on any section of the display. Display sizes, configuration and pixel pitch vary by product.
Video Displays are typically full color models designed specifically to run streaming video content and require sufficient computer “horsepower” to operate. Trans-Lux offers several indoor video technologies: LED, LCD and plasma.
Display Packages are combinations of different Trans-Lux electronic LED displays that are arranged into a single unit.
