Stock Repurchase Program
For stockholders with 99 or fewer shares of Common or Class B Stock, Trans-Lux currently offers a stock repurchase program. The Company will buy these shares - without commission - for the market price, determined by the closing price of the stock on the date the stock certificates are received by Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, 17 Battery Place, New York, NY 10004. This program relieves stockholders of the higher brokerage commissions involved in selling small lots on the open market and reduces the Company's costs in administering these accounts.
