Where are your facilities located?
We have facilities located in Norwalk, CT, Stratford, CT, Des Moines, IA, New York, NY, Chicago, IL and Toronto, Ontario. We also own and operate a chain of movie theatres in the western mountain states. See our Contact Us page for exact location information.

How large is the company?
Currently, the company employs approximately 750 full- and part-time individuals throughout the world. We also have extensive dealer and service agent networks in addition to our comprehensive employee population.

Do you hire any employees for work outside of the United States?
Generally, most of our international employees are employed at our Canadian operation. However, we are always looking for talented individuals interested in working in key markets throughout the world.

What work/life or flex options do you provide?
At Trans-Lux, we feel it is important to provide our employees with arrangements that best suit their personal needs as well as the needs of the business. Currently, we offer flexible options such as flextime, telecommuting, and summer hours to eligible employees.

With our various locations and broad spectrum of business interests, there are many opportunities for conscientious, hard-working individuals to advance within Trans-Lux. What is the dress code at Trans-Lux?
The dress code varies depending upon the location and job function in which our employees work. Generally, our manufacturing and service employees follow a casual dress guideline, while our office employees dress in professional business attire Monday through Thursday, and dress in casual attire on Friday.
